Story:
A PERFECT morning for a paddle. Once again we decided to paddle up Gamble creek. This time, we took a different passage through the marsh area which turned out to be a slight shortcut. We had almost no wind, so the water was glass smooth most of our trip. The tide was high and we set off shortly after sunrise. There's nothing like an almost 9 mile paddle and being home by 10:30! Next time we might head out earlier.

Tips:
We recommend that you upload a track onto your GPS so that you can find your way...otherwise, it would be difficult to know which routes to take at the many forks along the way. I created a path on Google Earth, saved it in .kml format, loaded it into EveryTrail as a new trip, then downloaded the .gpx file to my computer, then uploaded the .gpx file onto my GPS. This saved us a lot of unnecessary paddling and kept us from getting lost.
