JKX: Crown King 4x4 Trail - Arizona, United States

Story:
Day 1 of the "2011 JK-Experience Weekender" hit the back road to Crown King Arizona for some blazing hot 4x4 wheeling in the summer.  This is a great scenic Desert Trail that starts off Castle Hot Springs road just north of Lake Pleasant, AZ and ends up in the cool pines of the Bradshaw Mountains in the old mining town of Crown King.  On the trail there are a few great 4x4 obstacles for those that want to challenge their vehicles. There are also by-passes for all the obstacles if you aren't looking for that sort of thing.  Lunch at the Crown King Saloon (up in the pines) is an excellent way to cool off and fuel your stomach back up before heading out.

Tips:
Bring plenty of water and snacks to keep you happy.  High clearance vehicles recommended. Please tread lightly and before you head out on this trail stop bye your nearest Discount Tire for a FREE tire inspection.
