Story:
(NOTE: If you would like to see some pictures and an elevation graph of this hike, just drag your mouse over the bottom of the map image and a tool bar will appear to help you out!)

This is an excellent hike up to see the vistas from the Rossland Range.  From the top you will see Old Glory, Seven Summits Trail, Valhallas, Selkirks and Lake Roosevelt in Washington State.

This hike is steep at parts with a little bit of scrambling over large rocks at times.  Be sure to have even footing and wear proper hiking boots as a rolled ankle would not be fun!  Bring lots of water too, especially if you are hiking in the summer sun as there is little shade and no streams to fill yer bottle up!

The total distance and time for this hike is up and down, going at a brisk pace with a few stops along the way to hydrate.
