Story:
First boat outing of 2011 season on Lake Hopatcong.While launching at the state park, trout stocking truck showed up and dumped 350 trout into the water. Tied the boat up and fished from the dock. Limited out in 15 minutes. That will never happen again.

Tossed a couple back and decided to head out to the Great Cove section. Trolled around the lake all day and finally caught a 16 inch rainbow on a Phoebe spoon in the northern edge of Davis Cove.
Great day! Boat performed flawlessly after being buried in snow all winter. Very windy, but nice with some added Vitamin D after a long winter, courtesy of our nearest star.Fresh fried fish for dinner, too.
