I'm a middle-aged suburbanite and I always been able to stay fairly slim, but never felt my fitness level was where it could be. I decided to change that recently and am pushing myself with weight training, cardio, and a proper food plan. I love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, running, road biking -- I don't have one favorite that's a burning passion, but I go in waves of what holds my interest and gets me out there.
