"My wife and I took the cold water creek trail north then changed trails to go around the peak so we could climb up the west side of the peak. Then we completed the loop by going down the west side of the peak. It was about 5.3 miles and we did it in about 3 hours. We started about 8am. There was a lot of small animals and insects, as well as a few deer. Some places of the trail was overgrown; however, we didn't have any trouble knowing were to go. A fun hike with a awesome view at the top! "
