Joined one of two Philmont crews from Troop 107 in Naperville.

We travelled from Ponil in the north and hiked out from Tooth of Time into Base camp at the end. included one layover (Baldy town), four staffed camps (Sioux, Pueblano, Clarks Fork and Cypher's Mine), 2 dry camps (Devil's Washbasin and Shaefer's Pass) and five trail camps (Baldy Town, Santa Claus, Devils Washbasin, Red Hills, Shaefer's Pass). Activities included burro packing, campfire shows at Pueblano and Cypher's Mine, a side hike up Baldy, a side hike up the Tooth of Time, axe throwing at Miranda, blacksmithing and a mine tour at Cypher's and trail work at Baldy Town. The total trek was 85 miles (a few more switchbacks than I was able to draw on the map on this site).
