There is a bit of up and down action around 10kft.

I wondered about the Silver Divide option. It isn't paved so may end up being a slower going option.

What happened to the topographic map overlay that you used to have?

Do you mean the USGS topo? It came from a different source that we couldn't integrate when we moved to flash maps. Not many people were using it... We can always look at ways to get it back in if important to enough users.

Yeah, the USGS topographic maps. I think you used to get them from mytopo.com.

The Google Terrain has similar contour detail, but the real topographic maps have the placenames. For example Round Top and Elephants Back aren't labeled on the map. Maybe one day Google Terrain will integrate the placenames.
