Great trail in the northern part of the SanFernado Valley. Very easy going, yet gives you the feel you are in the Angeles National forest. I've stumbled into a few bee hives during the summer. Great trail to run on!

"A very peaceful alternative to any of the beaches located in LA County. Wonderful snorkeling with clear and calm waters. I'd say it's very much a college town- especially near UCSB. Everyone is pretty friendly!"

"Great for the quick day hike or spend the day in the water hole! Does get a bit crowded on the weekends, but don't be afraid to hike back further in to the park. Some amazing views for a lil bit of work."

Located in the city of Huntington Beach along a two-mile stretch between the Santa Ana River and Beach Blvd, this broad, sandy beach is popular for surfing, fishing, volleyball, bonfires, bicycling, running and walking. At the south end of the park is a nesting sanctuary for the endangered California Least Tern. The beach is open every day from 6am to 10pm.
