Nice one. Really need to get over there. simply beautiful country and great rider friendly trails. when is the best time of year? it looked pretty special when you were there.
I live in Mt CB, so ride them all summer long. The middle of July is a safe bet and you can chase the wildflower peak up in elevation as the summer progresses. For fall aspen colors the third week in September is also a nice alternative. The only mistake you can make is to come too early before the snow has cleared the shady portions in the upper elevations, which can extend well into June.
