Go cable trail! Go cable trail! It's your birthday! :) Crazy that your phone recorded 4.9 miles and my garmin only captured 3.6. Though they're both definitely off. I just noticed where this map has us at the base of the cable trail and its not anywhere neat the water! I think garmin might have kept it a little closer. Who knows! We did it nevertheless!
I so want to go and do the cable trail, with gloves.

This was an awesome trip!
Yea, good trip. I wanna hike it again, only reverse this time.
Loved this 11 mile hike...not difficult, mostly flat terrain. Alot of fall beauty to see in God's beautiful creation! Crossed small creeks, hiked through woods, got to see panoramic views as we looked out over bluffs, and Board Tree Falls (walked over a suspension bridge) Would go back and do again in the spring!

Mammoth Cave National Park is a U.S. National Park in central Kentucky, encompassing portions of Mammoth Cave, the longest cave system known in the world. The official name of the system is the Mammoth-Flint Ridge Cave System for the ridge under which the cave has formed. The park was established as a national park on July 1, 1941. It became a World Heritage Site on October 27, 1981, and an international Biosphere Reserve on September 26, 1990.
