what MTR exit?

If starting in Quarry Bay, exit C. Turn left as you come out, then left again up Healthy St. Up the X-shaped stairwell, cross the street and turn left. Find the trail in the park on your right.

The other end is right at Pacific Place Three, which has a tunnel access to the F exit of Admiralty.
