About Me
I am a hiking maniac!!! Every weekend and at least a day out of the week you will find me out on the trail leading hikes for The Mid-Atlantic Hiking Group. Also, I love to read and enjoy almost everything related to science. Archeology is a passion of mine and goes hand in hand with hiking so you could say I am most definitely outdoorsy. Last year I attended a bow making class and made two bows that I hope to hunt with. If you ever have an questions or find mistakes in any hikes I have posted here please let me know. It also certainly would not hurt to leave some positive feedback too - hint! Hope you enjoy the hikes and I look forward to hiking some of yours too. You should consider joining Kellie's group as they have a very active calendar with tons of stuff to do, including trail maintenance. Here is the link to the group http://www.midatlantichiking.com/

"Had a great time with a group of about 60 people divided up into smaler groups by pace with The Mid-Atlantic Hiking Group! This larg state park is wonderful and has a lot of variety to offer in different sections. Lots to see and the old swinging bridge is certainly a great place for pics. Also a lot of ruins, the nations first hydroelectric dam with internal parts and a lovely waterfall, and much more. A visit to this park will not dissapoint no matter when you go."
