Per capirci...

Oramai bianco di pelo dopo oltre 25 anni di sana e diversificata attività montana/alpina.
Sono da anni un istruttore/guida di Mountain Bike della SIMB (Scuola Italiana Mountain Bike)affiliato all'IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association).
Realizzo Raid per piacere ricordando sempre a tutti che i pedali vanno accompagnati e non spinti.
Ho un piccolo sito www.mtbclub.eu dove si può accedere anche al forum se volete saperne di più.
Circa 800Km censiti e spero col tempo di piazzarli a disposizione a tutti... ma non datemi fretta...

Alcune raccomandazioni:
tutti i percorsi sono realmente compiuti e non mi prendo alcuna responsabilità sul loro svolgere.
Raccomando sempre la prudenza, mountain bike in perfetto ordine, caschetto e avvisate a casa o in albergo dell'escursione che volete fare, orari massimi e tutti i dati che ritenete utili.
CONSIGLIO sempre di farvi accompagnare da una guida esperta, certificata che oltre a farvi fare l'escursione in sicurezza può suggerirvi alcune variazioni interessanti e informarvi sulle caratteristiche naturalistiche, storiche ,culturali ecc dei luoghi che vi accingete ad attraversare.

To understand ...

White hair now after 25 years of healthy and diverse activities mountain / alpine.
Have for years been an instructor / guide Simba Mountain Bike (Mountain Bike Italian School) affiliated to the IMB (International Mountain Bike Association).
I realize Raid pleasure in remembering all the pedals are pushed together and not.
I have a small www.mtbclub.eu site where you can also access the forums if you want to learn more.
Surveyed about 800km and I hope in time to place them available to everyone ... but do not give me fast ...

Some recommendations:
all paths are actually made and I take no responsibility for their conduct.
I always recommend caution, mountain bike in good working order, helmet and alerts to home or hotel you want to do the excursion, maximum hours and all the data you consider relevant.
I always recommend you to be accompanied by an experienced guide, as well as certification that you can safely do the hike to suggest some interesting variations and learn about the characteristics of natural historic, cultural, etc. of the places you are about to cross.
