Skyline is one of Jasper's top backcountry hikes.  It gets it's name because the trail spends a lot of time above the tree-line.Day 1: Maligne Lake to Snowbowl.  This 12.5km section starts our pretty easy, and is until past Eveyne Creek Camp, after which it ascends Little Shovel Pass, and then drops down into Snowbowl Camp.Day 2: Snowbowl Camp to Curator Camp.  This 8.9km section doesn't ascend or drop much, it stays...
The Rockwall - Numa Creek Trailhead to Flow Lake Trailhead

BackstoryThe Rockwall is considered by many to be one of Canada's premier hikes.  This trip marks our completion of the trail.  3 years ago we completed the Painted Pots Trailhead -> Helmet Falls -> Tumbling Creek section, and had to abort the planed 5 day because of illness.  It's taken a while to get the group all together again, but this 3 days completes the last section of trail we missed out...
Los Padres National Forest - China Camp to Pine Valley

Did this trip as an out and back into Pine Valley Campground.  Only included data for the "out", the back,is obviously the reverse.The road into China Camp does not advise 2 wheel drive vehicles.  There was snow on it on the north side of the ridge.  I got my small front wheel drive car though it, though clearance and traction was an issue in places.  I would not recommend others trying this...
