Trail running | 88 miles

~80 mile run from the North Carolina - Georgia border to Springer Mountain, GA on the Appalachain Trail. This run was years in the making, but got finished in less than 23 hours. Matt Kirk crewed for me and kept me sustained with soup and drinks during the night. Props to Uhwarrie for chillin too.

Will Hughes and I rented kayaks and went out into the wild blue yonder of the Pacific...saw monster (to me) swells, and some dolphins were pretty curious and came around us....the sea cliffs are wild, but being out there the water is wilder.
