Snowshoeing Guides and Trips

  Walked south from Rt 12. Narrow but well blazed trail with no fresh tracks (human tracks that is but plenty of Coyote, Fox, Rabbit and Bobcat). After a mile and a half the trail briefly merges onto an unplowed road then turns South to the Muddy pond shelter. 

 Short walks to test out my winter gear. Attempted Pine hill trail out of Gorham but did not find the trail. Nice hike up a rough trail to a waypoint called "Gorham post office" on the AMC guide map. Good views of Gorham and North. Could not ask for better snow and weather. Day two was a quick walk at Glen.
