Final day. A quick trip into the forest to see the old giants of the forest a 2000 year old tree and then our return trip to Launceston.
Day 4 and our planned assault to the top of Cradle Mountain.
35C heat and a 2 hour rock climb to the summit made for a challenging but
exciting day.
Day 3. Started off with a cool morning but soon heated up. We did Khyvet Falls and then onto Dove Lake where we had a swim.
Day 2 is our travel
to our accommodation via Sheffield and then a walk around Dove Lake followed by a drop in at
the Tasmanian Devil Interpretation Centre.
Day 1 of a 5 day trip to Cradle Mountain. Day 1 was arrival into Launceston and a walk from the city centre up to the Gorge.
