I filed an IFR flight plan for 11k ft. I departed just after 6:00 am & climbed to 11k. Upon reaching altitude the conditions became IMC, there was moisture on the GU canard. The airspeed was low, the RPMs were low & not enough trim to maintain altitude & the engine was rough. There is nothing better than sharing flying with someone that enjoys it! I had a great time taking Ping for a flight. I took Doug her husband for a flight recently and he flew most of the time. Ping did not want to take the stick.

I filed IFR to get out of Monroe, cruised at 11k ft. Did 150 kts over the ground at 7 gph on the way there. Absolutely no IMC during the trip.

Cozy III flight from Palm Beach to NY with an overnight in Deleware.The forecast was 1800 ft 6 mile visibility in Islip. It was 400 ft overcast and 1.5 mile visibility. I spent the night in Delaware.
