Great running trail. Mostly wide dirt roads. Bit of a long uphill climb, but only steep in a few parts. Wonderful views of Rodeo Beach, Salsalito, and the Golden Gate Bridge.
This was an exhilarating run through gorgeous scenery. The views overlooking Stinson Beach are amazing. We saw hang gliders, paragliders, and an old wrecked car. The elevation changes are gradual and fairly easy. The trail is very narrow in places, and you have to walk at a few spots.
