This has to be one of my favorite parts of the park. A nice hike today with Janie and Nancy.
Hike and bike number 3 on our Epic Adventure to clear out the Cuyamaca HoF!
Hike number 1 on our all day adventure. Longest of the three. Used our bikes to cover some of the downhill. No pictures for this trip.
Hike number 2 in our quest to finish the Cuyamaca HoF.
Our 10th Cuyamaca hike. We started at the Trout Pond and down to Cuyamaca store via Sugar Pine trail.... not that sweet for a trail. Still, we had fun.
Sorry, no pictures for this one. I missed my hiking buddies by 10 minutes upon return to my jeep. NIce and cool and lots of fog. Oh, yeah, I had my bike with me. Got back to the jeep in no time at all.

Started off as a solo hike, then I met Harmon about half way through. A bit warm today.
Willow and I took a quick hike up to the Phoenix cache. Great weather and views.

Hike number 5 with Nancy and Janey. A bit of snow and mud in places. Two separate hikes, Blue Ribbon Trail and Milk Ranch Rd, the latter being the longer of the two. All pictures are from Milk Ranch Rd (the set of tracks to the north).
Longest hike of the four so far, but lots of fun with Janey and Nancy. Up Lookout Rd., over to Burnt Pine Fire Rd (lots of nice non-burnt pines on the upper section), down to West Mesa Loop trail, hooked up with the CA riding and hiking trail, down to Fern Flat Fire Road and back down Lookout Rd for the 10 mile loop.
A few more caches with Nancy and Janey. Not quite as cold and windy as last Friday.
Another Friday hike with Janey and Nancy. A bit on the cold side with some wind. Saw a small gopher snake.
Nice hike with Nancy and Janey. Stopped at the pools and found a bunch of caches. Saw several horses walking their humans, too.
