A rainy gray day cleared up and it was a great time to go for a ride. First I went with the twins down to the cliffs to see the ocean. Then took off to get some excercise after playing around in the Wild Island Sculpture Garden.

This was my first Sunday ride since my California trip and getting sick for over six weeks. So Ashley dragged me along for 22 miles over 3 and a half hours. As you can see I had to take a nap on the way back. Fortunately Props had brought a couch/bed out into the woods.It was an absolutely beautiful day.
A beautiful day for a ride after a lot of gray days. Since there were just two of us we decided to start from Wascosim's and have a two hour ride. Lots of hills and North Shore Beach. Not bad.
Windy gray and feeling like bad weather coming. Still it is always good to get out and get the old heart pumping. The day is always better if you get to the ocean's edge.
