This trip was taken leaving Las Trampas at the Bollinger Canyon staging area beginning on Elderberry Trail. We traveled through EBRPD property to EBMUD property (permit required) near San Leandro Reservoir and back to EBRPD property to Cull Canyon. The trail markers were harder to follow in the EBMUD property as it is less traveled. At one point although following the trail markers, we appeared to be off trail.
For an unknown reason the mapping stopped at 6.3 mi. Today's hike was about 9.1 mi. The weather was cool with beautiful views!

A 6 mile hike in Morgan Territory with beautiful views into the valleys, Mt. Diablo, toward the Delta, Los Vaqueros Reservoir, and Round Valley. Wonderful spring weather, with gorgeous green hills, blue skies and some wind on the ridges. Add a few friends and an energetic small dog, to make it a fantastic hike!
Beautiful day for an almost-spring hike. The hills are beginning to turn green. A nice fairly short hike with some hills.
An area of Sunol that I have not hiked before. It was pretty although with the fog, we couple see far.
