Hiked in with cousin Steve to camp above First Lake.The next day we hike to Sam Mack Meadow and followed the cairns to the glacier overlook. The wall of ice was impressive. Hailed on the way back making the granite slippery.Actually, we had every kind of weather - sunshine, wind, rain and hail. Sierra Fun.Hiked out the third day.
