Started out for Piermont, but people wanted to go on Nyack and the bakery there.
Forgot to start the GPS after the GWB, so missed Hudson Terrace until Summit. Oops. This is the back way. Pretty flat and less cars than 9W
NYCC.org A-SIG Classic Graduation Ride. The ride was nice, but when we got to Haverstraw the road was soaked. Bear Mountain was fog bound so we had no view. Still, I graduated!
NYCC.org A-SIG Class Cold Spring Ride
Recovery ride and training ride for BrakingTheCycle. Path around the light house is being repaved and full of gravel, so I walked my bike there.
This is part of the NYCC's A-SIG Classic. Climb Little Tor then loop back to Manhattan.
Training ride. Short 30 miles. No hill repeats (this time). 72 St, over GWB to River Road and Alpine Hill, then home

When I was growing up, this whole area was Steel Mills. Now, it is a series of linear parks on both sides of the river connected by the historic Hot Metal Bridge. I would do this as a training ride every day when I lived in Pittsburgh and commuted to work in downtown Pittsburgh.
