A nice hike from Mike Harris campground up to Oliver Peak. Most of the locals call it "Mount Oliver" but the USGS calls it "Oliver Peak".
An overnight backpacking trip and some hiking to a popular destination in southeast Idaho. Eight scenic miles in, to a lovely mountain lake, with only 1000 feet of elevation gain. Don't expect a wilderness experience, though, this is a popular area.
An easy mountain bike ride on the converted railroad grade (rails to trails) from Tetonia to Lamont. Easy riding since it is never more than a 2% grade. The old railroad trestles have been repaired or replaced, with very nice decking and railings. The views are actually better going north-to-south since you can look at the Teton Range.
