Early morning (ok, it was 8am) workout with the team. First one after break.
Sprint the straights, jog the curves. 16 sprints total, exhausted now!
The first 2 were the long way (sprint endurance), last 7 were shorter to work on top speed and acceleration.
The first 4 were the long way, focusing on sprint endurance, last 4 were shorter to focus on acceleration and top speed. Very tired by the end!
It was pretty cold and my knees hurt a little but it felt great once I was done.
Running hill sprints this morning with the Ultimate team. We did 2 sets of 4, and they were all very exhausting!

Run around the Stanford Dish going to the right at the fork. Little bit of rain, but the worst part was doing this the day after a heavy squat workout.
Sprints for Ultimate practice using my forerunner 305. I don't think it recorded while i walked back down which is why there are some straight lines.
