Well we decided to try something besides biking today. Turned out to be a great hiking trail. There where just enough other hikers around to help protect against any wild animal trouble. Two other pairs of hikers all said, just make noise and the cats go the other way We perfer the knifes and pepper spray so it's at least a fair fight. (ha ha ha).
