Driving Guides and Trips in United States

This is one of my most favorite overlooks of Lake Tahoe, definitely from this side of the lake.  The trip travels on fire roads, forest service roads, and improved (paved) snow mobile trails from Northstar.  A 4-wheeled drive vehicle is highly recommended, but with the right attitude and a car you don't mind thrashing, any vehicle will do (respect the trails, though!!).  Mountain bikers frequent these trails as do dirt bikes.  So share the road and be...
