Trips
This is the runs after lunch.
Limited trails and lifts open and only manmade snow, but we got in a bunch of runs and enjoyed ourselves.
Between am and pm trips we did 26 recorded runs and another 5 after battery died. We skiied everything that had snow, but there was a lot of bare ground. Really no natural snow. Still a good day!
Blowing the bajesus out of Whitetail and Jericho and Wild Turkey closed. That was the only disappointing part. Otherwise, great time, great snow, 32 runs total (28 recorded, btwn this trip and another).
14 recorded, 2 unrecorded. A few things were closed and a couple had heavy snow making.
6 more runs after break. They shut it down quick right at 4:00 the lift was done. But, morning and afternoon combined was 26 runs.
I think I counted 20 runs. There are a few more later after lunch. We expected ice and we got it. All in all, it was pretty good though. Probably good that we had set the bar low. It was snowing when we arrived and flurried for a few hours which put a little dusting on things. Conditions were all quite passable with only the real steep stuff (double diamonds) being real...
I only captured a few more runs since my battery was dying. There were 3 runs not recorded.
A bunch of runs at Jiminy before stopping for a lunch break. With my afternoon track and a few runs not captured, we got about 20 runs which is not bad for a Sunday. It had snowed about 4 inches Saturday night so it made for some good conditions. Most of the diamonds ended up very lumpy as a result.
11 runs at Mtn Creek. Also forgot to turn on Everytrail for 4 other runs. Got 22 before the afternoon break. So, 37 runs total. I love skiing on weekdays. You can see that we grew fond of a few trails (Straight Away, Devils Bit - black), Silver Fox to Red Rock is also pretty nice. And taking the diagonal down from Vernon Peak to Granite Quad is fun. Also on the Vernon...

22 runs before break...with 15 more later. It got a little repetitive, but I'd prefer to ski the same trails all day than to go to work! The black diamonds here are not as tough as some other places around. No crowds due to weekday skiing. Rental equipment was good quality. Pics later
17 runs in the afternoon!!! That makes a total of 32. Monday skiing is fantastic! don't tell anyone!
This is the morning's runs. I missed 2 runs before starting Everytrail. So, 13 recorded, 2 unrecorded runs. NICE! Monday is a wonderful ski day.
Afternoon at Jiminy. We thought it was great to get 14 runs in the morning. We got another 20 runs between 12:30 and 4:00p. I've never gotten 34 runs in a day. The lines were non-existent!!!!
Morning at Jiminy Peak - 14 runs! Awesome.
