Sunday morning ride with Alex. We descended mostly on narrow side trails. Good fun!
Couple of loops through Arastradero park. Started from Stanford Avenue, went up via Pagemill, down via Alpine Road and Stanford campus.
Late afternoon bike ride with Nicolas. Still pretty hot.
Getting away from the office for lunch. Menu: 1 banana, some water and 3 GU gels
Down on Tafoni and then Fir trail (steep!), and then back up on Metusalah trail
Home to Steve's place, to Arastradero, Palo Alto Park and on to Starbucks meeting with Mark B. Went head first when a dog blocked the trail.
Early moring bikeride with local trail expert David Belden. Nice views on Santa Cruz and Steep technical descent. Highly recommeded mountain bike area.
