南投縣水里鄉當然也是台灣梅鄉，知名度雖不及信義鄉的風櫃斗，梅景可是毫不遜色，現已見梅花點點上枝頭。冷鋒過境後，寒梅在全台飄香。南投縣水里鄉的上安村梅園，也進入美美的賞梅期。水里栽種梅樹的歷史悠久，這兒不乏70餘歲的老梅樹，老樹白梅更顯梅開的細緻與柔媚。水里不僅有梅花，也是南投重要葡萄產地，冬天也是葡萄產期。今年全台梅花遲到，水里上安村的梅花花期也較往年略晚，現已進入最美的賞花期。上安村梅園集中在鵲橋兩端的山坡地間，成片梅林面積約40公頃。遊客從鵲橋附近可欣賞上安村山林風光，村內則保有傳統農村民宅和茶園。水里梅花名氣雖不高，卻發展出最獨特「梅花茶」。說起梅花茶，其實沖泡很簡單，這兒的九芎坪民宿主人，幾年前結合梅花與茶葉，泡出香氣特濃的「梅花茶」。梅花茶主要摘取鮮開的梅花花瓣，加入茶葉中泡茶，就像杭菊與普洱的搭配，用梅花的暗香與茶香做完善的味蕾結合，提供遊人嘗鮮品賞。 <a href="http://travel.udn.com/mag/travel/storypage.jsp?f_ART_ID=32540" rel="nofollow">travel.udn.com/mag/travel/storypage.jsp?f_ART_ID=32540</a>聯絡地址： 南投縣水里鄉上安村安村巷102號
