Trail running Guides and Trips

Invited to join John and Amy on a trail run through the Cougar Mountain Park. Overcast and drizzling, early November afternoon, but nicely shielded in the forest, so never felt the heavy rain, and no wind. Kept up a pretty constant pace throughout, not nearly as much of a beating as a road run. Fun times.
