Overview:
This is another local afternoon hike. The variability in the terrain makes this hike a little more interesting and fun than some other hikes. The route I took was along the end of the beaver pond , around the rock 'face' of the hill and then up and over the top. the trails are pretty well marked and relatively easy going. There is some climbing over rocks towards the top, but nothing difficult. The pond is interesting to explore, and there are additional trails that skirt around the shore.
Access is via Woodside Dr as well as other locations. There is no designated parking area at Woodside Dr. but seems to be enough room for several cars along the roadside
