Trailspotting Hawaii

Overview: Step out of your beach sandals and into your hiking boots, because the Hawaii known to many as the idyllic land of palm trees, grass skirts and mai tais has a flip-side ... a dramatic and stunning natural wilderness which just begs to be explored.

This bundle includes four Maui hikes, three Kauai hikes and a walk cross an active volcano crater on the Big Island of Hawaii.

It's hard to beat the variety that Hawaii has to offer. One day you'll be bounding across boardwalks in an Jurassic Park style swamp and on another you'll be hiking around unspoiled coastline in search of towering and dramatic waterfalls.

We'll take you into the craters of two very different volcanoes, across desolate lava beds, deep into a bamboo jungle, and in search of remote swimming holes.

Tips:
• Many Hawaii trails get a little muddy and slippery, so good footwear is highly recommended.
• Valley hikes on Hawaii are prone to flash flooding (Pipiwai Trail) so be aware of the weather forecast and do not attempt such hikes under threat of rain.
