Skookumchuck Trail to Greenleaf Hut

Overview: Skookumchuck is about 6.3 miles long and located near Franconia State Park, USA. The trail is great for hiking and normally takes a full day.

Hiked Skookumchuck trail to Greenleaf hut. Returned on the Greenleaf trail. The trail is moderate for the most part to the ridge. The two sets of stone steps are the most difficult stretch of trail.

A good way to pick up the other end of the ridge back to Greenleaf. Crosses North Lafayette to the summit of Lafayette.

Tips:
The walk along the bike path from the Greenleaf trailhead to the Skookumchuck trailhead is a looong 3 miles.
