Difficulty: Difficult
Length: 2.3 miles / 3.7 km
Duration: 1-3 hours

Overview: A short, but steep 2 miles return trip, with 1000 feet elevation gain, so quite strenuous, especially at this altitude. The trail starts at Sulphur Works, on the main park road. It climbs right away and simply never stop climbing (pretty steep towards the end) until you reach the destination: a beautiful hidden little lake with turquoise waters. Great place for a picnic.
