Overview: This guide will take you from the Bedford Station and the end of the Minute Man Bikeway to Concord, MA. This is a 4 mile path but I've included in this hike a very cool side trip around the Great Meadows Wildlife Refuge area so you can hopefully see some birds and other wildlife. The path around the Wildlife Refuge is gravel so you won't be able to road bike that section of it.

Tips: You can Park at the Bedford Station in Bedford, MA without a fee.

Take this path through this 20 acre wildlife preserve to start your trek around the Great Meadows Wildlife Preserve.

Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge

This area is a stretch of freshwater swamp land along the Concord and Sudbury Rivers. There is a good chance you will see some birds and other wildlife in this area.
