Overview:
This is a short 0.8 mile hike down into one of the most beautiful places in Bryce Canyon, Queen's Garden. It's an easy trail with only 320 ft. of elevation loss on the way down and the same back up. I recommend going down before sunrise via headlamp so you are well down the trail when the sun comes up. You will beat the yelling crowds and be down among the hoodoos when the light is best. Then, you can come back up while everyone is coming down or continue on to the Navajo loop and up past Wall Street on your way up to Sunset Point. Then the rim trail will take you right back to Sunrise Point where you started.
Tips:
Bring a headlamp and head out before the sun comes up. This is a short hike, but bring water and sunscreen always. Get a trail map in case you want to take an alternate way back up.
