Overview:
This road offers a good place for a hiking, mountain biking and trail running that is not very steep and has options on where you can go. This guide shows a there and back route down the Concrete Pipe Road up the Shaver Grade Road. Even though it is the concrete pipe road it is a dirt road, it is given that name because of concrete pipes that follow along side the road.
The trail splits off four ways here. This guide shows taking the Shaver Grade Road which is the only uphill route and can be taken for a good loop if you continue to Sky Oaks Road. There is also a bathroom here.
