Overview:
This 11 mile historic paved path will take you along a scenic trip from Arlington, through Lexington to Bedford, MA. You will pass by Sly Pond and other historical parks and monuments on the way. It is well maintained and you will probably see lots of other people as it is a popular bike trail for exercise.
Tips:
You can park at the Arlington Station parking garage for a fee or at the Bedford Station if you want to start your ride from that point.
This is a great bike trip. I live right in Davis Square and since discovering this bike path, I'll be doing the 22 miles up and back every day. Nothing negative to say about this bike path. It's scenic, it's large enough be able to pass slow people, and aside from on occasional walking group that is five people straight across, it's easy sailing. Visited on Jun 12, 2011
