Discovery Bay to Mui Wo

Overview: This hikes takes you from Discovery Bay to Mui Wo.  The hike itself is fairly easy but does provide some good high views over the harbor toward Cheng Chau and Peng Chau as well as the mountainous terrain of Lantau Island, including Lantau and Sunset Peak (the highest and second highest peaks in Hong Kong).  After the hike you can enjoy a nice lunch and cold beer at the China Bear near the ferry on the water in Mui Wo.  

Tips: Not much shade; you also pass by a Trappist Monastery on the hike, which is sort of neat on the side of a mountain.  It is also possible to see some feral cows, but we did not on this hike.
