Overview: This is a quick walk for anyone who simply enjoys great views or is a photographer. The 50th Street Pedestrian Bridge provides a great place to really enjoy the river valley.

From the parking lot at Capilano Park, you head north onto the trail head and you are quickly on the bridge. Looking west from here, you will get to see one of the best views of downtown Edmonton available. Directly behind you, you get great views of the river valley. This is also a great spot to see the boat launch in action and the Gold Bar Wastewater Plant. There is a small elevation change walking up to the bridge, but the trail is paved and in good condition.

Tips: -Bring a camera to capture some stunning views of downtown.
-There are benches on each end of the bridge in case you need a break.
-If you climb up to Ada Blvd, you will get more great views of the river valley.
-The trail on the other side of the bridge along the river is the Highlands Trail.
