Overview: St. Augustine is known as the First Coast and it is one of the oldest continuously inhabited settlements established by the Europeans in the United States. There are so many wonderful opportunities to learn about this historic city from a school house and living museums to state parks and beaches.

Tips: When wandering around St. Augustine, wear your comfortable walking shoes. If walking is not your thing, check out the hop on/hop off trolley tours. It can get hot quickly under the Florida sun so be sure to bring your water bottles. Depending on the ages of your children and their interests, you may choose to visit only one or two activities in one day or you may wish to spend a few hours at several different activities. Many of these activities are located near each other.
