I am a consultant working for the Cyclists Federation in Hungary. We are about to start a government funded project to create and operate a tourists information site for bikers. This service will inculde widely documented Guides of all "official" bike-routes (pictures, texts, altitude, difficulty etc) and other services (lodging, bike-shops, POIs, restaurants, etc.) all positioned on the map of the route.
We will open this for other users, incl. bike clubs, under our strict QA.
Your service would be excellent for us, however I see some difficulties as well:
- multilanguage functionality as we use Hungarian and English
- we want to differenciate between Guides created by us, and those by other users
- we want to do QA ourselves
- we will provide more information so what you offer is only a part of our services, so users need to login to both sites (?)
- the best would be a seamless integration of the two sites if it's possible
- we will use our own licensed topo-map beside google

I see a lot of mutual betefits between us, as you would receive more users and high quality content, we would use your excellent functionality
Our reference sites include: www.schweizmobil.ch and www.rideoregonride (we want more functions and newer technology)
If this would work, you could implement simlar systems in almost all countries, as most of them has a service like that.
