but this still doesnt have the simple ablility to upload tracks from what I can see. In addition there is no obvious way to add existing tracks to an "existing" trip. maybe I'm trying to get everytrail to do something its not designed for - the creation/planning of a trip. Currently it seems the only way to upload existing tracks (e.g downloaded from the German radweg crowd) to combine to make my trip is to create a unique trip for each uploaded track, then delete the trip leaving the track.
Possibly its only me but I see the creation of a trip more often than not being something that happens before the trip for any trip of any serious length. ie pre-planned. And a trip would be the combination of 2 or more planned tracks. I would then then add that trip to my "map" on the phone so I can see how my true course deviates (while tracking) as I use the pre-planned tracks as a route.
I realise it's probably just me wanting it to do something its not designed to do but its *so* close to being so
