The download of open terrain tiles fails

Hi,
I tried to download terrain maps but the only thing that worked was open street. The download of open terrain tiles does not work.

Did i do something wrong or is it the appliction which does not work properly?

Actually the downloading of any kind of map does not work. Can somedy help?
I bought this app to download maps, if I knew that it would not work I would have stayed to the lite and free version...

I'm having the same problem. I just purchased this app to download offline maps (from what I understand, the primary benefit of Everytrail Pro) for a backpacking trip I have in a couple weeks, and I downloaded a bunch of guides and there is no map detail on all the saved guides. When I download the guide I select terrain map and I am able to download the map successfully however the saved map does not have any detail. When do you anticipate releasing the update to resolve this issue.

Clarification. I realized that when I go to the map, the terrain map does not load at all, only regular map and satellite map load. I initially thought the terrain map did load before I downloaded the offline maps to my phone, but after giving it some more thought, I believe the terrain map only loaded when I was using the free version of this app, right before I purchased Pro. Perhaps this is the problem, not necessarily that Terrain maps are not downloading properly in offline maps/guides, but terrain maps are not loading at all in Pro; when I downloaded the offline maps, the only map type option I had was the Terrain map.

I have the same problem with the terrain not loading. When is this going to be resolved? This is probably on of the more IMPORTANT features if I am supposed to be using this to map my trails since it is a topo map. I am hesitant in recommending this app to friends since this feature is not work as well as being able to download maps. Other words I would spread the news.

Terrain tiles should be back in after the most recent update (v4.3.3)
