Downloading Waypoints from Everytrail direct to my GPS

Hi,

Perhaps I am still a techno knewbie..I created waypoints on my Everytrail Profile. Is there a way to direct download those onto my GPS? I have a Garmin 60CSx? Any help is greatly appreciated. I am leaving Wednesday for a deep Sierra trip that I am unfamiliar with. It would really help to have these downloaded.

There is not, but if you have created a trip with them, you can download the GPX file and use that to put them on your device.

Can the gpx file from other gps unit err in particular Garmin 60csx to include the waypoints as well when being transferred to everytrail? Thanks!..or vice versa?..managed to download my test file here and opened up in the mapsource i could only see the tracks but not the waypoints.Any idea?

What trip did you download? It should download all tracks and waypoints from the trip you download.

Excellent application for trail mapping; use it on my next planning. It is really well done and quite easy even for novice GPS users. Users can even upload and geotag content without any GPS mobile spy info at all.
