Pending Guide Stuck

So, I purchased the Imogene 4x4 trip guide on 4/29 and I see the purchase coming out of my account.

My iphone has placed the guide under pending guides, but when I click it, It wants me to buy the guide.

So, How do I get the purchased guide that I did pay for, to not be a pending guide anymore?

I dont see a customer service number I can call for help.

How did you pay for the guide? was it through google checkout? If so, after paying there is a link that says "click here to retrieve your purchase" (it's hard to see, I don't know why google makes it so difficult). If you click that, you should get the guide.

You can find this link if you log in to google checkout and go to the order details for this order.

I ended up purchasing it through my iphone. That worked. I will no longer use google checkout. Its only $.99, but it could have been more.
