Where did my trip go? (Android)

I bought EveryTrail Pro to document my trip to Yellowstone last week. All day long I tracked my trip with the app and took pictures. Towards the end of the trip the app was really slow but continued to work fine. But when I went to sync the trip I was dismayed that EveryTrail only recorded the first few hours!
